We built a comprehensive digital strategy that streamlined workflows, optimized spend, and empowered data-driven decisions. At the center of this effort was DIAL — a custom-built dashboard that brought together marketing KPIs from email, social, and landing page traffic into one actionable view. The result? Less time compiling reports, more time making strategic moves — and a 12% bump in patient acquisition.

But strategy is only part of the story. We also helped bring powerful narratives to life — from a virtual Dodger Stadium experience for pediatric patients, to inclusive care campaigns that celebrated the full spectrum of LA’s communities, to the citywide #TeamLA initiative that boosted morale and public health engagement during the pandemic.
